Sharp was raised at home in Rochester (New York) and immersed herself in the world of music. While at the Hochstein School of Music, she was a student of clarinet, cello as well as piano. The passion she had for theatre in school led her to apply to The Boston Conservatory, where she received a scholarship. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. Sharp began her journey to the stage. Sharp performed on her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp made her debut Off Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. She also played eight characters in the interactive comedic Eat the Runt. Sharp has also performed in Abyssinia as well as Aida in addition to Thunder Knockin, Jitney and The Producers. She was even a reading partner in August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp is currently working on several original projects that include screenplays as well as productions. Sharp is still performing and is in the process of putting together a full length album. Sharp loves exercise. She keeps herself fit through boxing, studying Krav Maga, and taking long roadtrips. Sharp reside in Los Angeles, California with her family.
