Lis Wiehl (born August 19, 1960) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author, and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is adjunct professor of Law, New York Law School. Previously she was associate professor of Law University of Washington Law School. She's provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She has a regular appearance for The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File w/ Megyn Kelly. Lou Dobbs Presently. The Imus breakfast show. Legal Lis is the Legal Lis podcast and radio show.
Wiehl was raised in Yakima she attended West Valley High School. She earned a bachelor's degree of Barnard College (1983), an MA in Arts in Literature Studies from the University of Queensland (1985), and an Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl served as the US attorney in the United States. Her role was as the correspondent for legal issues for the NPR program All Things Considered. She served as assistant chief investigator counsel to Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. The time she worked at University of Washington School of Law Seattle was from 1995 until 2001. She managed the school's Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl worked as an Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 until 2017.
