Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American performer and actor. She is well-known for her performance in theatre as well as her performance as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. She also recorded a number of songs from the stage production which included A Change in Me.
